These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Sway web application, operated by Satisphere Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bonn, Germany.
2. Subject Matter
Sway is a software application for voice recording, transcription, and structured content processing using AI-powered systems.
The content provided is intended for support purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, or other professional advice.
3. Registration & User Account
Using Sway requires the creation of a user account via email (Magic Link or OAuth).
The user is obligated to keep their login credentials confidential.
4. Usage Obligations
The user agrees in particular:
- Not to process any unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
- Not to record or upload content without the necessary rights
- Not to use Sway to circumvent legal requirements
5. AI-Powered Processing
Content generated by Sway is based on automated processes. No guarantee is made for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the results.
6. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
7. Pricing & Payment
Some features of Sway are subject to fees. Billing is processed via Stripe. Prices and terms are displayed before any contract is concluded.
8. Cancellation
Paid subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to take effect at the end of the current billing period.
9. Liability
We are only liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breaches of material contractual obligations.
10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by Sway's Privacy Policy.
11. Final Provisions
German law applies. Should any provision be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
